Building Permits & Inspections
How much does a permit cost?
A permit (building, fence or solar) costs $15. Payment is due at the time of application.
When will the permit be approved?
All permit applications are reviewed at the regular city council meeting which is the second Monday of each month.
Park Facilities
Park Shelters
The shelters located at the ball fields are not available to rent. Occupancy is on a first come, first serve basis. If you need the bathroom unlocked, please contact City Hall in advance.
Hinshaw Memorial Shelter
Rental of the Hinshaw Memorial Shelter is $50 for use of the kitchen & bathrooms. Rental is $25 for use of the bathrooms only. A security deposit of $100 is required. Please contact City Hall to reserve the shelter or complete the rental agreement.
Sanitation & Recycling
What day is garbage pickup?
Garbage pick up is every Tuesday.
When is recycling?
Recycling days are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
FAQ
When is the utility payment due?
Utility payments are due the 15th of the month.
Is a deposit required for the utility application?
Yes, a deposit of $100 for owners and $150 for renters is required before utilities can be turned on.
