Building Permits & Inspections
To obtain a permit for both residential and commercial uses, simply download the forms below (if available) or give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms.
Please note that all permit requests must be submitted by Thursday at noon to be added to the following Monday's agenda. Richland City Council meets the second Monday of each month. All permit requests will be reviewed during the regular council meeting.

How much does a permit cost?
A permit (building, fence or solar) costs $15. Payment is due at the time of application.
When will the permit be approved?
