Richland Receives KCCEF Grant

The City of Richland recently received a $25,000 grant from the Keokuk County Endowment Fund. These funds will be used to make improvements to the ballfields including several sets of new bleachers, more red ball dirt for the main field, lime for the second field and new bases.
